Basicaly just a cab, as the cab was put on an old dodge frame. Possible parts or something to start with.

Here is the link: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/4222084793.html It's always helpful when you can post that! Just a question of "copy / paste" with the gibberish that's posted in the address box at the top of the page:

That is sickening... sad to see such a rare vehicle cut up like that.0

Take all kind to make the world don't want that kind in my world . >:P0

He thinks he has something priceless. Instead, he has a mish-mosh of parts. At the price he's asking, his next-of-kin will eventually have to deal with selling this vehicle.0

Maybe he'll take Monopoly money.0

His next of kin will promptly scrap it, and that will be that.
Others probably know more about hemi engines than I, but my understanding is that the Dodge hemis were much smaller displacement than the Chryslers, and were kind of a boat anchor.
The rat rod movement began as a push-back to the high gloss, high cost rods coming out of the custom shops (some call them "1-800-streetrods") where all it takes is money. Unfortunately, the rat-rodders have now convinced themselves they have something that's actually worth something to someone else.0
