Sign In Problem

3 days ago I began having Sign In problems to this forum. The Username intered ok, Password comes on ok. When I Sign In, this is the message that pops up. "Your email address is not registered." Repeated tries have same result. I hesitated entering email address thinking maybe a scam. As last resort I started enterring email address, however after 1st letter the email address shows up. I clicked on it and then I had to retype password to sign in.

Before the problem the username and password were remembered. This is now the proceedure I have found I must follow to enter this forum:

Enter as usual before problem. The username & password show up as remembered.

type first letter of username, username shows up
click on username
password shows up
sign in
Message "Your email address is not registered"
type first letter of email address, email address shows up
click email address
password does not show up
must type in password not remembered
click sign in
hudson forum finally arrives.

I contacted http://www.classiccar.com/contact/ for "HELP". Waiting for fix.

Wish we moderators could offer you some help on this but of course it's totally out of our hands. With luck, Classiccar will get you through this. Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties.

Thanks Jon. I appreciate all the help you moderators do for us. You gave me the 'fix it' link the last time I had a problem. I was surprised when it happened again. It was just 3 weeks ago Classiccar fixed the last sign in problem I was having very quickly. Its good to know they are willing to fix it. Also, that no one else is having this problem.
