seat width in a stepdown

Does anyone know if the front and back bench seats on a 4-dr stepdown will interchange? I have a small tear in the front seat cloth but the back seats are pretty much pristine. If they interchange, I'd switch them while I try to find replacement cloth or maybe have an upholstery shop switch the seat covers. Note, the tear is not in the checkerboard cloth, I have found that. Its the fine patterened cloth at the front of the seat.

The cushions are not interchangeable. I would check with someone who works with auto upholstery - I'm sure they would be able to repair the tear in that material, but would most likely have to remove the cover from the seat cushion to get the job done.
