Having the gauges (sic) that would be for the Model 62 Terraplane. Model 61 gage cluster didn't have a temp gauge.

Yup, my Model 61 does not have a temp gage. Don't understand that logic I guess.
I asked somebody once 'how do you tell when it's hot?'

Ans. When it boils over, it's hot.

I put an Auto Zone mechanical on it.

To add a note: you can use the Model 62 gage cluster on a 61. Just run the connection from the gage cluster to the engine block where the temp sending unit would be. Just a pipe plug to remove and replace with the sending unit I think that's right. Been near 40 years since I had that Model 61 T Coupe.

At $250, I'll pass. She's off the road now anyway. Needs radiator replaced or cleaned. I have another rescued from a hotrodded coupe. Will see if it works. Gotta replace a couple of exhausting studs anyway as the gaskets have blown out and I can't sneak up on anybody. Also should remove the paint with soda and fix a couple of holes in the back doors and repaint. Then do the interior. I'll never run out of Hudson projects. A good thing.
