FYI
Im having trouble finding this Site again after exiting. I only found my way back by clicking on the old classiccar link that states 'go to forum.hudsonclub.org/.'.. However when I type the correct address in my Search Window brings up the Main Hudson Site with the different Forum. Mybe I just need pratice more AND save as Short Cut on my Desktop.

Thanks,

    Chuck, try bookmarking it before you leave, then clicking on the bookmark in order to return here.  When you look amongst your bookmarks for this forum, be sure you've given it a name that differentiates it from the other forum: "old classiccar forum" or "new forum" or "open forum".

    You shouldn't have to type anything.  Too much chance of hitting the wrong key.  (Ask me how I know THAT, LOL!)

    Yup - basic 'browser' bells and whisles - save your favorites or often visited sites to 'Favorites' - that way you don't need to do a search every time you want to 'visit'...

    If you are anything like me, you've got quite a few - so many that they are broken-down into categories.  Even then, it's sometimes difficult to find them!  =))

    That's my trouble . . . I have too many bookmarks.

    Periodically, meaning once in a while when I'm out of things to scan, I go thru my bookmarks - if it's been a year or more since I've gone to the site I delete them.  If it should become necessary to find that particular subject again, Google will find it for me.

    I assume everyone is aware that you may name a bookmark whatever you want?  This should make it easier to differentiate between them.  At the time you're bookmarking a site, you will see a certain descriptive name attached to it, which often means nothing to you.  You can then put your cursor on the text, backspace so as to erase it, and then type whatever description you like, for that bookmark.

    Yup Jon - My Favorites of Favorites (i.e, Favorites Bar ) have been shortened - so I can get more of them on the bar...  I have -  'HET', 'Open', 'AACA'. 'HAMB', etc..

    Then, there are my 700 or so Favorites  in about 80 different folders or sub-folders... 8-}
