Attaching A Trailer Hitch To 42-47 Truck

Has anyone got a picture of a trailer hitch attached on a 42-47 truck?

I would like to see one as the frame is located back away from the box and the spare tire is mounted in the way

FYI
 My Hudson Trk had Hitch brackets welded down from the frame which I modified to attach a rear bumper. I suggest mounting the spare in the bed or ahead of a rear fender then look at different width's Reese hitch to install.
