Came across this website recently, the owner specialises low volume head gasket etc production. Might be of interest to the guys with very early engines. The business is run by an American living in Thailand as I understand it.

Their blog is an interesting read http://gasketstogoblog.com/

As is their show case of some of the work they have done http://www.gasketstogo.com/examples.htm

I purchased head gaskets for the 308 that will accommodate bigger over bores from these people.  The old stock Felpro , Victor, and Fitzgerald gaskets will overhang the cylinder bore if it gets over about
3.895 to 3.900".  Same for the currently popular Olson gasket.  Trying to deal with a bore of 3.937, I had a run of ten gaskets made in Thailand.  They are nice for hand made copper clad composition gaskets but I have not used one yet. I will be using one soon--this summer, I hope, and will report. If someone else needs a big bore gasket, I can provide it.
