Brand new firewall pads

I noticed the molded ABS firewalls pads that "California Pontiac Restoration" is offering on Ebay for Hudsons from the mid 1930's and up. Anyone had experience with these?
They seem a bit pricey at $218 but then I guess you could put a great deal of time into cutting one, then applying the edging.

The pics on their site for the 1946 pads, look quite different from stock. I wonder how well they would fit. plus the $75 shipping is pretty pricey.0
