2014 Eastern Regionals

The Eastern Reginals in Mansfield,  Mass are now over.  It was a good meet and time reconnecting with club menbers not seen since last year.  Thursday day/night was a bummer because of rain and the scheduled evening cruise-in was cancelled due the weather.  Friday and Saturday  the weather was near perfect and the Friday night BBQ was good. We had about 17 HUdson  in the caravan to the venue. Saturday was good also and the Banquet was good with Honoring (roasting) Carl Weber for his 50+ years of service and dedication to the Het..

Thanx so much for the pics Jim.  It was with disappointment that I wasn't able to attend - especially since Carl Weber means much to me.  My very first Hudson meet was a Weber meet back in 1971 and I attended many of his twice yearly meets back in those days.  Carl is one of the great people of HET - always has been.

Interesting fact about this regional meeting and the Big Country Regional meeting. Each had a 41 Hudson convertible in attendance. Calvin Buchanan North Texas Chapter President brought his red convertible.
