I need to get my rear springs re arced. Does any one have any specs. on this?
The books only mention scale/ weight. They are for my pickup with 9 leafs.
Thanks in advance.

Part of your problem is someone during the truck's lifetime has removed about 4 leaves from each side - started life with 13 leaves. Because the springs were such heavy duty units, they probably did not have as much arch as those of the sedans and coupes.

I'm guessing they were removed for a better ride. The springs are totally shot. I can bounce on the bumper and hit the frame bumpers on the axle. I need to get them re arced. Now i am wondering about the front coils.0

Ok. Need some help here. Turns out my rear springs are done for. They are not re-arceable.Is there a modern upgrade that will work? Has any of you fitted springs from another vehicle?0
