Voltage regulator parts number

I have tried looking at the literature in the online library for a  parts manual but I did not see one.
Can anyone tell me the part number for the voltage regulator for my 1940 Super six?

vrd-4008-b or new number vrr4001-a i have a six in my car and truck chip

Marvin, there isn't a parts book, per se, in the online library - there is a 1940-1941-1942 book tho.  There is also a 1940 shop manual.
Early 1940's used a VRD-4008 voltage regulator.
If you accessed the online library thru the HET club web site, very little has been brought over from the original site - which is at http://hetclub.org/burr/lithomepage.htm
