Headlight Lens

I have a headlight lens that I think is a 38 Hudson,can anyone tell me if it is?
On the lower part of the glass is BI-Ray
                                               Headlamp 
                                               C.M.HaLL Lamp CO.
                                               Detroit,Mich   #16759

    Like Allan said, its a '38 Lens even though a '39 looks similar shaped the '38 is different and all by itself...

    Guys, that would be a '38 Hudson, and not a '38 Hudson-Terraplane, correct?

    Yes, that's correct.  A Terraplane and the 112 both have ordinary round lights.
