I had mine ceramic coated, but it did not last long before it started rusting. Maybe the guy did not know what he was doing.Has anyone had any success with this. My intake seems to hold paint a lot better. I would guess because of the heat in the exhaust manifold. burns it off real fast. Thanks for any help.

I have used Eastwood exhaust coating with great success for many years. Just be sure to have all rust removed before using it. Item #10395 Factory Gray Hi-Temp Coating

I have had really good luck with the exhaust manifold grey paint from POR-15.
One can goes a long way though and the first time you start it up after applying it the manifold will smoke like crazy as it's baking on. Once that's done you are good to go from there.
I have done 4 intake/exhaust manifolds with it.
Good luck!

You need a different exhaust coating company. Classic coatings out of Wisconsin does a great job, quick turn, competitive pricing. The thing NO paint on product can give you is reduced under hood temps as they coat the INSIDE as well as the outside of the manifold resulting in SIGNIFICANT heat reduction under the hood as less heat is transferred to the manifold on the way out.
