Fram oil filter lines

Can someone either post or send me a copy of the Fram instruction sheet that showed how and where to hook up the oil lines to and from the filter housing on the block.

1951 hornet 308 and it had the filter on it already but I forgot how to plumb it after the engine got rebuilt

I remember it as "Higher fitting on the can to the higher fitting on the block.  Bottom fitting on the can to the bottom fitting on the block."    As shown in pic above.
