1952 Hudson Wasp inner fender apron color

Are these painted with a semi gloss black? Radiator surround and other under hood panel-parts?

    Yes they are Kerry. In fact Hudson used 
    a semi gloss lacquer very similar to what appliance manufacturers used up until recently.
