Dual Range hydraMatic needed

I need an unmolested HydraMatic for a 52-54 Stepdown. Mine has been "worked on" and I think it has been screwed up by in stalling some incorrect parts. if I can obtain one that has not had an attempt at "fixing", Maybe I can use it as a guide to make one good one. Preferably within a days drive from central Florida, but will consider any offer at this point. 

I have a good Jet HydraMatic, But I found that it is not interchangeable due to the input shaft. It will not support the larger stepdown torus assembly. Thanks, Dave
