A different take on a hood ornament

I thought the "wings" had been used as a stand of sorts to photograph it but not so according to the advert

Hi Paul - If you take a good look at it, a 'slot' has been cut into the hood ornament for the plastic 'wing'.  Looks like whoever did it did a decent job of it, but don't think I want that on my truck...

I agree Rick ; it looks a reasonable job but you do have to ask why?

I guess it really is a case of each to their own
