Ray, the bracket in question can be formed from metal stock.  Measure the bracket that is part of the throttle linkage and duplicate it, and add the bolt hole for attachment.  Good Luck

Agreed. Some bar stock of similar width and thickness from a hardware store can be bent on a vice with a little heat. I first made a cardboard template then formed the steel to match.
