Steering wheel paint

 I want to change the color of a 51 dark blue steering wheel. It is weathered and dull. Also has minor crazing but no cracks or missing pieces. What has worked for you?

2-stage urethane.

I've used both two stage (base coat-clear coat) and single stage paint. Both work well, but I do stick with better quality-brands of urethane. I always start with Epoxy primers.
