52 Hudson Hornet Turn Signal Wire Diagram

I have looked in the Owners Manual, the parts book and the Mechanical Procedure Manual and can not find the wiring diagram for a 52 Hornet.  As these were an accessory item, I can only assume the diagram was part of the kit and not published... or I can assume I missed it in the books.  Can anyone help me with a copy? I am in need of it as I am putting a 52 turn signal switch and all the needed stuff to make the brake light cancel when the turn signal flashes (More like modern ones, maybe people will notice it more) .

Also, I need one dual filament, original spring type taillight socket.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Lew

If I'm not mistaken its in the 53-54 repair manual supplement. But... It's a little difficult to understand. Hope this helps.

In the online library - under 1948-1949 Bulletins - 1948-1953 A.E.A. Tune-up bulletins.  Can be downloaded and enlarged.

See URL below for the library.

I had some time to draw it out. The original schematics were very hard to read. I do not know if you have an original junction block. If not, as long as you plug the same number wires together, you will be all right. See attached.

Thanks David.  This was what I needed.

Ken, I have the 52-3 turn signal switch.

    Geoff thanks for the offer.

Alex, I checked and the tune up sheets on your site do not show the turn signal wiring either,  But thanks for the help.

NAPA ECHLIN LS6253 fit perfectly as a lamp socket  in my front parking light housing after removal of a small plastic 'fin'- this mod becomes obvious when you try to inset the socket into the housing.  53 Hudson Hornet sedan.

Oh, and the perfect bulb was 1157 (I got the amber version)

That #1157 is a 12v bulb.  If you are still on 6v, use the 6v version #1154

Thanks for picking up on that Jerry, I have switched to 12V.
