    What a great car to "drive as you restore", especially for a newbie with a love for '30's cars and limited mechanical knowledge (but a will to learn).  That dent should pop out fairly nicely in the hands of a skilled body man.  The body appears solid and one could possibly compound the paint to get back a shine, and drive it this way until they have the funds saved for a repaint.  Only real problem will be obtaining those scarce side grilles, made of Unobtainium.
