Weather control fan housing part 2
OK, I am re-wiring car for 12 volt. I need to ensure I got the fan spinning in the correct direction. It appears to me the fan blades, when looking from above down at the fan, should pull air down into the squirrel cage housing, therefore rotation should be clockwise. CW from front of motor, CCW when looking from back of motor. Is this correct? The only reason I am confused is that the squirrel cage appears set up to rotate the other way, according to several HVAC sites. Air blows well out of defrost ducts in either rotation.
