So just for fun what extras would you have put onto it?
For my 112 I have chosen :
Colour Morocco Red with Mohair interior plus Trunk-Lid Extension , Sun Visor , Heater , Rear Wipers , Automatic Washers , Twin Air Horns , Fender Lamps, Hill Hold , Chrome Trim Rings , 7-Tube Radio , White Sidewall Tires and Handy Shift
What would you choose?

Paul, is this more like: How am I going to build my next Hudson? For me, today, it would be--a 1954 Hudson Hornet Special coupe that has a drag racing history and wrenched on by Ike Smith. Still with the modifications by Ike; but, bright red interior and exterior, wide whites, and pretty much a daily driver rather than a show car... Wait a minute, that is the car out in my shop.0

Hi Brownie,
It's a "what-if" and that could be "what if I was able to walk into a dealer today and say I'll have that one with these accessories" or like you "What if I already got what I want and it looks like this"

1954 Hornet convertible, optional X packages for dealer install, engine, suspension. Would want it equipped with Hydramatic, PS, PB... Wire wheels, handle scratch guards, door edge guards, back up lights, maroon leather interior, tan top and black exterior paint. Of course white wall tires... Dealer prepared and delivered to my front curb. Nice to dream abit thanks0

Holy crap Oldfarmer, you just ordered my car. The only change I would make is a black top and maybe add a continental kit and a trunk mounted A/C system if it would work on a convert. I would also order an aluminum head for the 7x engine and have it polished to a mirror finish for some extra bling under the hood. I like as much gingerbread as I can get so lets add some curb feelers, and a visor. Put a fog light kit in the trunk in case I want to install it later. Did I forget the tissue dispenser? Power windows standard on a convert?0

The three things I'd like most on my '53 Super Wasp weren't available to order when the car was new. They are air conditioning, power steering and cruise control.

On my 47, I'd look into the Police / Taxi options for suspension, larger brakes, and apparently a twin carb option if I read the booklets right. Of course all the little accessories from the dealer as well.

And one more thing, I'd go right to the parts department and order a spare gas tank, spare rubber front floor mat, and all of the pot metal emblems and plastic trim for the front nose emblem...
