"Doc's Meet" coming to Virginia, May 8-10!

The 52nd Annual "Doc's Apple Blossom Meet" heads into Front Royal, Virginia, on May 8 through 10.  You can read the flyer here:  http://www.cbc.hetclub.org/2015%20Docs%20Flyer%202-14-15.pdf

The three-day event is now centered at the beautiful campus of the 4-H Educational Center just south of town.  Friday's potlock will be held in an open pavilion there (complete with fireplace, bathrooms and kitchen) and Saturday's dinner will be at the spacious and modern dining hall, where the food last will be plentiful and delicious (we even have our own salad bar!).  Saturday's car show in Winchester, and Sunday's all-Hudson car show and flea market at Skyline Caverns, are part of the festivities.

If you haven't ever attended, do plan to join us -- for one, two, or all three days.  If you haven't attended Doc's for awhile, c'mon back -- you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I plan on being there, question;  as we use to hang out at the firehouse before will we be doing the same during the day at the 4H grounds? and swap meet ??

As of now, we do not have a Saturday swap meet planned for the 4H (as we did on certain years behind the Fire Hall).  So if you hang around the 4H grounds you will probably be lonely!

But, there is a lot to do in the area on Saturday!

Thank you guys for continuing this meet, but I'll second the wish for a Saturday hang out (swap opportunity) as was prevalent at the fire house.  Unfortunately, cannot attend on Sunday.
