CLUTCH DISC

John - All Jets had a dry clutch. Hudson did not see fit to bless the Jet with their trade-mark clutch assembly.

Possibly, you were asking if there is another make/mode that uses the same disk as the Jet?

Frank, if that is the case, I've been told that a disc from a late model Chrysler Slant Six Clutch is the same - never checked that out, but am passing on what I have been told be a couple of good Hudson Mechanics.

The reason I asked is that I have a fifty-ish 218 Ply/Dodge here that has a disc virtually identical to my Jet discs.....same spline/dia. but ever-so-slightly different at the hub length dimension. I'm sure it wouldn't interfere with anything. One can always have the original disc re-faced unless there is some aggravating factor there.....like you don't have one, for instance.
I'll have a look at the Slant Six clutches since I can't find replacements listed for the '50 ish discs in the usual places.

Update: Without looking deeper, it doesn't look good for the slant six disc. The earliest I can find ('60) is a 1", 23 spline hub......not even close.

Dodge, Studebaker, Plymouth, etc. all used the same disc.0
