stepdown door cards

Anybody know if stepdown upholstery door cards are avaliable with all the fastener  holes pre punched?  It would save a bunch of labor at the upholstery shop.

Dick Bell collected door cards from all models of stepdowns. He handmade and sold replacements from the collected patterns thru Full Line. Wildrick Restorations now owns some or all of Full line products. Do not know if these patterns went to Doug. I know the replacements were first rate because Dick traded me new cards for the originals from my 1952 Wasp Hollywood.
