Headlights have had an interesting conversion but still a pretty looking car and the grilles are there!

    Paul, I think those are Ford headlight rings or aftermarket headlight rings for Ford.

    Could be Ford but of course there were companies who made retro sealed beam conversion kits for Hudsons of many years, after sealed beams were introduced.  I bought such a kit for my Terraplane back in the 70's but never had the heart to install them.  Glad I didn't. Then, they came out with retro-fit halogen bulbs for the old cars, which cured the dim-light problem while still retaining the original lenses and frames.
