Three beautiful Hudsons at the 2015 CarD'Lane carshow in Coeurd'Alene, Idaho

Saw these three Hudsons at the car show today and thought I would the club some photos.

The young man, Dan Melon, that owns the Maroon 47 Super Six said he had just inherited it from his grandfathers estate. What a beautiful car. I asked him if he was a member of the HET or Gem State chapter and he was surprised to know that there was a Hudson car club. I gave him my business card and asked him to call me and I could put him in contact with the right people or he could just "Google" the HET club.

The Blue 47 and the 49 are owned by Robert Hudson but he was nowhere around when I took the photos. I am guessing that he is a member because he had HET club fender covers for the cars. I would have liked to talk to him about his cars.

It was the first time my wife and I had ever been to a car show and it was great to see some Hudsons entered. We are anxious to show our 35 Terraplane but she is nowhere near as pretty as these three.

That Maroon 47 is a show stopper. Even with over 500 cars entered she had quite a crowd around her.

The photos of the 47 and 49 convertibles bring back memories. I had one of each.

That 47 could be a twin to the one I owned. same color exterior and interior.

    Mine was a Commodore 8.

    Thanks for posting the photos.
