top for 28 essex 4 door
Looking for info.on restoring the top on my 28 essex 4 door.
The top was missing when I bought the car but still has partial wooden frame and two bows in good shape.
I've never seen a top in the original condition so I'm kinda at a loss where to start looking for restoration parts and how to do it.
Any info would be appreciated.

Thx ESSX28-1,That describes the way I had imagined it would have to be done.Do you know of anyplace that has pattern for making the wood frame and bows?I would have thought some company would be still manufacturing them parts as many essex cars that are still around.0

I cannot remember where it came from. Maybe originally Geoff or another long time HET member. I have had it a number of years so glad it is of use but I have no others, sorry.0
