1954 rear fenders.

Hi guys, it's probably quite easy to replace, when needed, rear fenders from a stepdown 48 to 53.
A 54 Hudson owner emailed me to know what can be done on a 54... I did not see how much damage or rust
there was on his car. Knowing it is welded instead of bolted, are there any parts tha tcan be bought to replace
the rusted ones or does he has to figure how to do it from scratch? Will try to get more infos.
Thanks,
Michel

I have some rear quarters for 54 sedans. I have not taken these off, but on a front fender I had to cut the spot welds with a grinder for the lower outer rocker.
Thanks!

The repair of a 54 Hudson requires a bit of cutting and welding. This link shows how the job can be done.

I have collected the pieces from a 4 door as well as a rust free 4 door as a donor to repair my 54 SWHollywood.0 -
