4A Frt Shocks
Hi all,
I've searched old posts and haven't seen where anyone has come up with a good p/n for the front shock absorbers for a '51 Pacemaker. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The tech number at Monroe Shocks (Tenneco Auto) if you want to check that application is 734-384-7809. They directed me to pump-up air shocks on rear of my '53.
Worth a 10¢ phone call~~~lol.

Thanks, I'll see what they have to say. It appears that the rear ones aren't difficult to find (probably share many applications) but the fronts must be somewhat odd. Same deal with Jets.

The '50 thru '54 short W/B Pacemaker and Wasp would not be any different than for the Super, Commodore or Hornet models, and I'd say "Oldfarmer" has the correct numbers.

The first Gabriel No. crosses to a NAPA "NS 5751". Interesting list of applications from '49 Caddy to Studie trucks. No Hudsons shown but that means nothing. Spendy units at ~$50 ea. So it goes.
Thanks for the info.
