Disk brake conversion,1947 Super Six
Hello,
I followed an older conversation thread regarding brake conversions from drum to disc but can't find a bolt-on conversion kit for my father's 1947 Super Six.
Does anybody have information as to availability of such a conversion kit? Preferably including a power brake?
Any information is appreciated.
Thank you kindly,
Cornelius Brudi

I sell a kit that covers the front wheel conversion, but I'm not aware of anyone offering a bolt on master cylinder of any sort for these modes. For space reasons you would have to mount the MC to the firewall, although the new electric units coming out may give you more options. There is a pretty simple plate you can make for a dual chamber non-power MC mounted in the factory location. PM or email me for details on my kit. HETORPHANAUTOMILL@GMAIL.COM , drop the HET -
