Somehow I was removed . So I'll just re-introduce myself and tell what progress I've made. I'm in the process of removing cam so I can send to mr moss . Going a little slow due to work and other projects but moving forward is good. I really like working on 308 compared to the audi 2.7 twin turbo in our other race car . Welcome back and thanks for the update. Good you are making progress. The car is looking better all cleaned up. Love the double white strips hood to trunk. Just like my 69 AMX had. Both performance cars. Same family right just a couple decades apart. Since you have some turbo experience have you given any thought to turbocharging the Hudson? That would be cool. What cam are you going to use?

Any tips or easy way to remove cam want to try and leave valves and lifters intact since they were just installed . I put. Clothespins in but think I still have raise to get fully open .

Hi Decafe - My apologies if your account was inadvertently removed/deleted.  We've had an onslaught of SPAMMERS, and I might have done it while in the midst of the 100 or so other accounts that had to be removed.

I removed oil pump and distrubutor . Now I need to remove pully . I have a 3 jaw puller . I'm guessing remove nut , pull pully remove timming gear cover line up timming marks to tdc and pull cam towards front of motor. Is ther anything I'm missing?
