need cylinder head, please

I've put this in 'parts wanted' but sometimes get more hits here:

I am in need of an iron head for 308 big block.  My 53 has had bolts changed out to 1/2 inch, so if you have a later head with 1/2 in holes that would save me lots of machining, as long as it is otherwise appropriate for a 53 308..  Please make sure it is 2 in thick or at minimum well above 1.92 so I have room to mill down to at worst 1.92 (per Walt's advice).

Oh, and I would entertain new aluminum heads, but I don't know of anyone making them.  I assume old ones are expensive, questionable utility, and need milling, so not cost effective
