Has anyone use the following to replace their flat glass:

or does anyone have a vendor they would recommend?

If you can get the glass out try to find a place close to you maybe in the pnone book shipping is crazy on glass

One of the lager glass places will be able to cut them for you using old ones as templates, you may even get a choice of glass tints.

For the convertible, I used a company called FLAT OUT GLASS.  They not only did a great job, but even made glass for the small back window from a template I made for them.  This one is especially critical, as there is not much room for error (less than 1/16" to fit properly).  Worth contacting and having multiple options.
