8 Cyl valve lash

It's time to re-adjust the valves on my 49 254. I can hear at least one that is loose after warm-up. I don't recall what I set them at  when I did the rebuild. I do know I did them cold. What is the recommended cold setting?  I searched the forum ad found everything But the eight cylinder.

On eight cylinder models,
1948 to 1952, set your intake valves
at 0.010" hot or 0.011" cold and the
exhaust at 0.012" hot or 0.013" cold.
