Motor, 308 ,5325000 cwc2

Found a motor. The numbers say 5325000 cwc 2. The tag says 1265. Don't know much about cars. Also have some Hudson emblems and grill and a couple mirrorz. The motor is pretty rusty. Is there any value. There is a fly wheel and tranny I think.attached to motor.

    where are these parts,? Location has a lot to do with the value.

    I have some pics. The tranny I think is there.don't know how to post them. It's real rusty.

    FYI
    If you have the pictures in your computer simply click at the bottom of your message  on the 'Attach a File' then click on 'Browse' then look thru your pictures that pop up scroll to the motor, then 'double click' should Post your picture...
     
    What does the grille look like?  Are top bars straight across or curved downward on sides?
