hardened valve seats and inserts 1929 super six engine
I have recently restored a 1929 essex coupe and am building another engine for the car. Should I put hardened valve seats an inserts in the new engine?
I also have lots of extra parts if anyone is interested you could could email me at hwa1942@gmail.com for a list of what I have.
Thanks
Wayne

No need for hardened seats if the originals are still serviceable. Just use a lead substitute during the break-in period.

Possibly you could mention the extra parts you have available. I assume these are engine parts? Also, whereabouts are you located?
