    I also believe Don Elliott (I'm on memory here, which means I could've gotten one of those names wrong?) in MD had one or a pair at Hershey (NOS in the wrapper).  Who I'm thinking of has advertised in the last WTN or two offering to sell a listing of what he has for $10 or something close to that.
