262 engine and clutch rebuild

Well it's that time of year , snow on the ground and cold as hell, and taxes are coming, so I want to rebuild the old 262 motor, any know where you can buy a 262 engine rebuild kit with everything in it and where can I find a complete rebuild for the clutch, I already have some plans, Clifford headers, twin H carb setup , would like to find a mild cam as well, want this baby to be in perfect running order by this summer

     With interest rates what they are, it doesn't really make a difference.  This way, its nice that there's something that comes all at one time  (and can be spent at one time too - on parts) !
