the one on Ebay is for 48 to early 52. Late 52 was changed when the bumper was lowered.

Kerry, I have one for passenger side.  I'll try to take a couple of pics of it tomorrow in the daylight and double check that it's 52/3.  Is that the 'right' one, lol?  It's not perfect, will need some minor repairing (but it's straight).

I have one also, but it has a bullet hole in it. If Steve's isn't correct, I can send you pictures. I am a lot further away than he is.

Steve, I've received a reply from Mel Faulk, he is checking on shipping cost for one he has in stock. If it is prohibitive, you are closer and it shouldn't be as much. I'll try to pm you. Thanks! Don, a bullet hole would be simple to deal with, easier than rust. I thought I had emailed you?

I tried to send you a message Kerry, but the site wasn't letting me.  Let me know.  If Mel's doesn't need any work, the shipping may not be as expensive as the extra labor as nine would need a little work.  Got sidetracked today and didn't take pictures.  Let me know if you need me to.  My email is steven.clarke(at)poquoson-va.gov

    Kerry-

Are you sure about the "early" and "late 52" monikers?  It has always been my understanding that the change in lowering the bumper started with the beginning of the production year in '52.  Subsequently, all '52's should have the smaller bumper cut-out in the rear of the quarters.

    Ken,

Thank you for the detailed information.  Do you also have information about when Hudsons were affected by a fire in the Hydramatic factory?
