Got my Twin H system today and it has the air filters that use the paper filter? Anyway, not the oil bath system. Is there a paper filter that fits these or do I disassemble them, clean them and reassemble?

Thanks, have a set on order.0

You can always see if a K&N filter fits too.0

I found mine at the parts shop, Twin H filter in hand, comparing it with what was on the shelf. It was labeled as being for a Ford of some variety.0

Can the paper filter serve as replacement for the wire mesh filters on the Twin H? Would they provide better protection compared to the oil soaked dry filter?0

Wire mesh air filters are not worth the proverbial.0

Is there a place to order a reproduction Twin H system? Or did you source an original one? I'd love to convert my '54 308 one day...0

Never seen a reproduction, but there are plenty of originals floating around.

I am going to take the outside screen and clean it up and see if it will fit over the paper filter. Might give it an original look?0
