Does anyone know how to remove the glass to clean it inside?

There are 4 screws in the back and the front piece separates from the back.

Thank you very much!  That was very helpful.  There are also two screws, one on each end.  I was able to get inside and clean the dirt and grime on the inside of the glass, as well as on the black part of the cluster.  It looks much better now, almost like new.
