Some neat work on panel forming, Floor looks good. Those frame repairs look like they were a chore, came out real nice. Good luck with the rest of your project, keep us posted. Thanks triman620

when I click on the pictures to expand and look at them, I can't get them to expand. I'm on the PC this morning.
I purchased a good quality used bead roller off of craigslist for much less. I have found all sorts of things to use it for like the bottom edge of the door panel indent where the molding goes.

Me too, same problem0

a friend of mine did close to the same thing in his 53 ford truck. it did work amazingly well. I bought the eastwood manual one when they had a sale and it works pretty well. it takes 2 people to guide and crank. I have done several beads with it. I made the floor pan for my Essex and the floor pan for my 41 chevy truck with the manual one. it was close to 100 bucks I guess the rod and hammer are a little cheaper!

Just rt. click on photo and put in an email, then drag a corner as big as you want. Don't send email !!!
Problem is the photos are not large enough pixel size--everything blurs when expanded. [But that really doesn't make sense because I have posted 800x600 photos that looked super.] SO you basically can't see anything anyway. Doesn't matter if it is Chrome or IE. Also, if I upload to computer, still can't expand and not blur.

Great pics! Thanks.. I was lucky enough to find some washing machine sheet metal that had some ribs pressed in that worked just fine for my 49 front floor resurrection.0
