On my '37, the gasket was one-piece for each side. The divider portion was a channel (or "U") shape, and the other 3 sides were of another profile. Check with Wildrick to see if he handles both.
In other words, the divider rubber was not a single straight piece with a place for the left and right side glass to fit into.
In putting your windshield in, you would make up two 4-sided gaskets, using reproduction rubber. Use one particular gasket to form the top, side and bottom of each side, and then find a channel gasket and join it to the other 3-sided gasket, to make the complete gasket for one piece of glass. You can join them with Super Glue. Look at your old window gasket to see exactly how it was formed.
