Canadian Hudson Website
Some of our new members -- especially those who live in Canada -- might not yet know about the Canadian Hudson website, "Hudson Motorcar". (I believe the site is run by a Canadian member of the H-E-T, but it's not an official H-E-T webpage.) http://www.hudsonmotorcar.org/index.php
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much activity there at the moment (and I spotted a LOT of spam, so someone isn't weeding the garden!), but I saw a number of discussions on their forum by international Hudson owners, postings by people who had acquired Hudsons but didn't know much about them, and also appeals for help with problems. Makes interesting reading, and should be of interest of our Canadian members!

The site owner has not maintained it for several years. I believe he was trying to sell his Hudsons too.0

If anyone is in contact with him, perhaps they can ask him if he intends to keep up the site. (It would seem a shame to attract people to a website that's in limbo.)
If he has lost interest, perhaps he'd be willing to pass the website along to another Canadian who would like to take it over.

I'm kicking this to the top. Do any of our Canadian Hudsonites know the whereabouts of Sean Weatherly, who (I believe) is the owner of the Hudson Motorcar.com website?
I've sent an e-mail to his last known address but have received no answer.
Because the website (which is rather extensive) appears to be abandoned, I'd like to see if he is interested in handing it off to someone who would be interested in maintaining it.
Meanwhile, if anyone would indeed have an interest in keeping up the website, please contact me. Possibly something can be done to preserve the site before it is completely taken over by the spammers, who are gradually taking over!

Jon,We might be able to absorb the detail of it into our domain depending on the size of course. If you get any contact let me know and let's see what we can do to maintain the presence / content of it0

Last I heard Mr, Weatherall was working in Brazil and has thrown in the Hudson towel I believe, a friend tried to get a hold of him about his Hornet with no luck.0

My two cents. It seems to me that a lot of time and effort would be spent resurrecting and updating an old abandoned website. The folks that had used it in the past have probably moved on. Why not see if you can get the owner to direct queries to our website and let the deceased Rest In Peace.John Forkner0
