Good news from Peru!  Heidi is back!

In January Heidi Hetzer had to suspend her round-the-world tour in "Hudo", her 1930 Hudson Great Eight, when -- as she put it -- she was  "attacked by 'rust' and requires restoration".  Back to Germany she went "for restoration" and now she's returned to Lima, fit as a fiddle.

Heidi plans to travel through Peru, Chile and Argentina and will then travel by boat to South Africa to continue her tour there.

We'll try to keep you posted as to her doings.

    SHE WAS PROBABLY FINE THE ENTIRE TIME..JUST A GOOD REASON TO TAKE SOME TIME OFF AND ESCAPE THE "PESTS" WHO CONSTANTLY BOTHERED HER...

    Heidi is following some roads in the extremes of Peru's mountains looking for the old tracks from the 1920's

    Lucky the Hudson is now so reliable since its major service in the USA
