Does this carb fit Hudson?

Tag number is 261 , but has a remanufactured tag on it. Looks like 34/35 Hudson?
2 1/4" air horn ,2 5/16 on center to mount holes , 1 1/2 " bore.
All parts there and free action on choke and throttle .

Thanks Ken , I was pretty confident it was Hudson product but I couldn't find a listing.

I past down all my manuals. I got it with other items , and don't need it , thought someone here could use it.
