35T/H front apron panel
I'm not sure of the proper name for this panel, but its out of a 35T. Its going into a 35 H8, I'm assuming its the exact same panel?
Just below the crank hole is the head of a split rivet that held the remains of a piece of rubber. Was that rubber there to protect the panel when the crank handle was being inserted?
Was it just a round rubber or something special?
Below the split rivet is another small hole, what is that for?

The rubber was the wide "fender welt" that surrounded the shell. It required being "nailed down" (with that rivet) at the center during production. K-GAP used to offer that rubber. I think Wildrick does currently. This rubber is unique to all '34-35 H +T cars and trucks as far as I know.
