Steering wheel removal

I have a 1947 pickup with a 17 inch steering wheel. I can not see how to get the horn button off. The manual tells about three screws to remove. I don't see anything in the holes to remove. The collar around the button comes off. How do I get the center horn button off?

The 3 screws are on the larger 18" wheel. The smaller one I think you have without seeing a picture has a bayonet type horn button. Push it in and turn to the left ( from memory). Can be a bit of a struggle sometimes.
